Techno Laboratory Building was established in 1991 in Kumamoto Techno Research Park with the philosophy of "revitalizing Kumamoto through attracting companies". It has been widely used as a base for companies to expand into Kumamoto. One of the attractions is the location, which is about 3 minutes by car to Aso Kumamoto Airport and about 15 minutes to Semicon Techno Park.
